DESCRIPTION
In the Città del Tufo Archaeological Park are the Vie Cave of Sorano and Sovana, large roads carved out of the tuff hills leading to Etruscan necropolises. Among the most picturesque are Via Cava del Cavone, which is over 1km long and 4m wide in places, and Via Cava di San Sebastiano with its 25m tall walls, which winds its way through the woods.
