DESCRIPTION
The beaches of Capalbio are a 12km-long stretch of sandy coast that extends from the municipality of Orbetello all the way along to the border with Lazio. The area is characterized by long stretches of free beach with small dunes covered with juniper bushes, sea lilies, and numerous coves in the most jagged points. Among the best-known resort areas: Playa la Torba, Macchiatonda, the beach of Lake Burano, the beach of Chiarone.
