DESCRIPTION
The Parish Church of Sant’Appiano is a monumental complex located on a picturesque hillock surrounded by cypresses. It consists of the Romanesque Parish Church, the ruins of an octagonal-shaped building and a cloister. The evocative parish Church has a three-nave layout and retains the remains of its Romanesque structure, like the stone part of the left nave, the apse and the crypyt.
