DESCRIPTION
The National Museum of Medieval and Modern Art of Arezzo is located in the Palazzo Bruni-Ciocchi, also known as Palazzo della Dogana (Customs building). In Renaissance style, its construction dates back to the mid-fifteenth century, based on a design by the architect Bernardo Rossellino. It became a museum in 1972 and houses paintings, majolica and glass objects from the Middle Ages and the Renaissance.
