DESCRIPTION
Lake Bilancino is the largest artificial lake in Tuscany with a surface area of 5 km2 and a maximum depth of approximately 30 metres. The lake is suitable for swimming and it is equipped with several true bathing resorts. By the lake, there is also the Gabbianello Nature Reserve, managed by the WWF.
