DESCRIPTION
The Via della Castagna e del Carbone is located in the village of Orsigna on the Pistoia Mountain. This is a nature trail, where it is possible to observe the processing of chestnuts, going from drying to grinding in the Molino di Giamba, an ancient mill still in operation that can be reached by crossing the two wooden bridges built to a design by Leonardo da Vinci.
